Cotton Culinary operates half a dozen full-service OneLodge kitchens across the Eagle Ford Shale and Permian Basin regions. To meet the demands of the workforces housed at each location, kitchen staff operate around-the-clock providing a 5-week rotating menu complete with three meals per day and a 24-hour snack and beverage service. Local, regional and internationally-inspired cuisine make up the regular menu, and new recipes are added periodically to reflect trending culinary dishes and customer requests. If a guest prefers an alternative to the meal of the day, they can choose a fresh omelet, cheeseburger or chicken breast among the various items from the daily grill. Other options include a self-serve waffle-maker, nacho station and an immaculate salad bar at dinner.

Each meal is thoughtfully planned out and prepared by a Cotton Culinary Executive Chef and our experienced, well-qualified catering team. Only the freshest ingredients are used and certified staff follow the strictest guidelines pertaining to safety and food handling.
Our OneLodge dining halls are adjoined by an indoor recreation center featuring billboards, card tables, lounge areas, computer stations and fitness rooms. Because the dining halls are the social mecca of the lodge, culinary staff take extra care to ensure the guests feel at home – whether they’re planning their day over coffee or catching the game after work. By getting to know guests on a first name basis, and learning their personal preferences, our friendly staff creates a spirit of community throughout the lodge. Our culinary staff takes great pride in the role that they play in the overall success of our business and are constantly looking for ways to improve the quality and efficiency of the food services within the lodge to keep guests coming back.
