RED, WHITE, AND BLUEBERRIES

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • Strawberries and/or raspberries, as many as needed to fill your tray
  • Your choice of white chocolate-covered pretzels, marshmallows or popcorn

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place your blueberries in a small bowl and place the bowl on the top left corner of your tray. This will represent the blue, starry square on the flag.
  2. Line up your strawberries or raspberries (really any red colored snack) at the top of the tray, in a horizontal line.
  3. Continue the straight line pattern below but, this time, with your chosen white colored snack.
  4. Repeat steps 2 & 3 until you’ve reached the bottom of the tray, forming the red and white stripes on the flag.

FIRECRACKER STRAWBERRIES

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups of whole strawberries
  • 4 cups of vodka, your brand of choice
  • 1.5 cups of marshmallow crème
  • 1 cup of blue Pop Rocks

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all of the strawberries in a large bowl and pour the vodka over the berries until they’re completely submerged.
  2. Place the bowl in the refrigerator and let the strawberries soak for at least 1 hour.
  3. Once ready, drain the strawberries but save the infused vodka for future use.
  4. With a dishcloth or paper towel, pat the berries dry.
  5. Heat the marshmallow crème in the microwave for 10 seconds.
  6. Dip ⅔ of the strawberries into the warm marshmallow creme first, then dip the tip into the Pop Rocks.
  7. Serve & enjoy!

  3. Slowly layer the blue raspberry vodka on top of the hard lemonade.
  4. Finish by topping your cocktail with a mini Bomb Pop popsicle!
